أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي الْعَلَاءُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " لَوْ يَعْلَمُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مَا عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنَ الْعُقُوبَةِ مَا طَمِعَ بِجَنَّتِهِ أَحَدٌ، وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُ الْكَافِرُ مَا عِنْدَ اللهِ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ مَا قَنَطَ مِنْ جَنَّتِهِ أَحَدٌ " أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ جَمَاعَةٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَأَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
