أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو, أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ, نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا, نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَرْمِيُّ, نَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ, نَا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيُّ, عَنْ جَابِرٍ, قَالَ: نَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ, نَا أَبُو حَمْزَةَ السُّكَّرِيُّ, عَنْ جَابِرٍ, قَالَ: نَا مَنْ, سَمِعَ بُرَيْدَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيَّ يَقُولُ:
سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: " مَا أَصَابَ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ نَكْبَةٌ فَمَا فَوْقَهَا حَتَّى ذَكَرَ الشَّوْكَةَ إِلَّا لِإِحْدَى خَصْلَتَيْنِ, إِلَّا لِيَغْفِرَ اللهُ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ ذَنْبًا لَمْ يَكُنْ لِيُغْفَرَ لَهُ إِلَّا بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ, أَوْ بَلَغَ بِهِ مِنَ الْكَرَامَةِ كَرَامَةً لَمْ يَكُنْ يَبْلُغُهَا إِلَّا بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ "
