أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو, أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ, نَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي الدُّنْيَا, نَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْجُشَمِيُّ, نَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ, نَا الْحَجَّاجُ الصَّوَّافُ, نَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ, نَا جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ,
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ دَخَلَ عَلَى أُمِّ السَّائِبِ أَوْ أُمِّ الْمُسَيِّبِ, - أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ يَشُكُّ -, وَهِيَ تُزَفْزِفُ فَقَالَ: " مَالَكِ تُزَفْزِفِينَ ". قَالَتِ: الْحُمَّى لَا بَارَكَ اللهُ فِيهَا. قَالَ: " لَا تَسُبِّي الْحُمَّى, فَإِنَّهَا تُذْهِبُ خَطَايَا بَنِي آدَمَ كَمَا يُذْهِبُ الْكِيرُ خَبَثَ الْحَدِيدِ "
