أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ, أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ, نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ, نا حَجَّاجٌ, نا حَمَّادٌ, وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقْرِئُ, أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ, نا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي, نا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ, نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ, عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ, عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ, عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ, عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ,
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " مَنْ أَقَامَ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ "
