وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ, أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ, نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ, نا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ, أنا اللَّيْثُ, عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ, عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ, عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ,
قَالَ: " لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ رَفَعَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِمَعْنَاهُ " وُرُوِّينَاهُ فِي, حَدِيثِ حُمَيْدَةَ أَوْ عُبَيْدَةَ بِنْتِ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ, عَنْ أَبِيهَا, عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي هَذَا الْمَعْنَى قَالَ فِي الزِّيَادَةِ: " فَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَشَمِّتْهُ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَاتْرُكْهُ "
