أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، قَالَ: أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: نا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَلَبِيُّ، قَالَ: نا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ جَنَادٍ، قَالَ: نا عَطَاءُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ،
قَالَ: " مَا دَخَلْتُ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَطُّ إِلَّا تَوَسَّعُ لِي - أَوْ قَالَ: تَحَرَّكَ لِي - " قَالَ: " فَجِئْتُ يَوْمًا وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتٍ مَمْلُوءٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِهِ، فَلَمَّا رَآنِي تَحَرَّكَ لِي - أَوْ قَالَ: تَوَسَّعَ لِي - حَتَّى جَلَسْتُ إِلَى جَانِبِهِ "
