أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْعَدْلُ، قَالَ: نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْفَرَّاءُ، قَالَ: أنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، قَالَ: أنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ أَبِي الشَّعْثَاءِ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ،
قَالَ: أَمَرَنَا بِسَبْعٍ، وَنَهَانَا عَنْ سَبْعٍ، قَالَ: - يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ ﷺ - " أَمَرَنَا بِعِيَادَةِ الْمَرِيضِ، وَاتِّبَاعِ الْجَنَازَةِ، وَإِفْشَاءِ السَّلَامِ، وَإِجَابَةِ الدَّاعِي، وَتَشْمِيتِ الْعَاطِسِ، وَنَصْرِ الْمَظْلُومِ، وَإِبْرَارِ الْقَسَمِ، وَنَهَانَا عَنِ الشُّرْبِ فِي الْفِضَّةِ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَشْرَبُ فِيهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا لَا يَشْرَبُ فِيهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ، وَعَنِ التَّخَتُّمِ بِالذَّهَبِ، وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ الْمَيَاثِرِ، وَلِبَاسِ الْقَسِّيِّ وَالْحَرِيرِ وَالدِّيبَاجِ وَالْإِسْتَبْرَقِ " وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ زُهَيْرِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ، وَأَبُو عَوَانَةَ، وَلَيْثُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ: " وَإِفْشَاءِ السَّلَامِ "،
