حَدَّثَنَا الْأُسْتَاذُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكٍ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، قَالَ: أنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، قَالَ: نا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ،
قَالَ: أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: نا حَرْبُ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، أَنَّ يَعِيشَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ مَوْلَى ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ الزُّبَيْرَ بْنَ الْعَوَّامِ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ: " دَبَّ إِلَيْكُمْ دَاءُ الْأُمَمِ مِنْ قِبَلِكُمُ: الْحَسَدُ، وَالْبَغْضَاءُ هِيَ الْحَالِقَةُ، لَا أَقُولُ: تَحْلِقُ الشَّعَرَ، وَلَكِنَّهُ يَحْلِقُ الدِّينَ، وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَا تَدْخُلُوا الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى تُؤْمِنُوا، وَلَا تُؤْمِنُوا حَتَّى تَحَابُّوا، أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِمَا يُثَبِّتُ ذَاكَ لَكُمْ؟ أَفْشُوا السَّلَامَ بَيْنَكُمْ " تَابَعَهُ سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى فِي إِقَامَةِ إِسْنَادِهِ

It is the shaver; I do not say that it shaves the hair, but it shaves the religion. By the One in whose hand is my soul, you will not enter Paradise until you believe, and you will not believe until you love one another. Shall I not tell you of something that will establish that for you? Spread the greeting of peace among yourselves." Sulaymān al-Taymī corroborated him, from Yaḥyā, in establishing its chain of transmission.
