أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، وَحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَا: نا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، نا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، نا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ غَزْوَانَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أَبِي نَعَمٍ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ،
قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ ﷺ: " مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بِالزِّنَا أَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ "
