✧ Abandoning anger, suppressing rage, and pardoning when able; Allah, Mighty and Majestic, says: "and those who restrain anger and pardon people; and Allah loves the doers of good"

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أنا أَبُو عُمَرَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفَزَارِيَّ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ يُوسُفَ بْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ذَا النُّونِ الْمِصْرِيَّ،
يَقُولُ: " مَا بَعُدَ طَرِيقٌ أَدَّى إِلَى صَدِيقٍ، وَلَا ضَاقَ مَكَانٌ مِنْ صِدِّيقٍ حَبِيبٍ "
