أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ الصُّوفِيُّ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نَزِيلُ بَغْدَادَ، نا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، نا أَبِي، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُوسَى الرِّضَا، نا مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُرْتَضَى، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نا أَبِي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " رَأْسُ الْعَقْلِ بَعْدَ الدِّينِ التَّوَدُّدُ إِلَى النَّاسِ، واصْطِنَاعُ الْخَيْرِ إِلَى كُلِّ بَرٍّ وَفَاجِرٍ " وَرُوِّينَا فِي التَّوَدُّدِ إِلَى النَّاسِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُرْسَلًا وَرُوِّينَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي الْجُوَيْرِيَةِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
