أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الضُّبَعِيُّ، نا أَسْمَاءُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ،
قَالَ سَعِيدٌ - وَهُوَ جَدِّي أَبُو أُمِّي - قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يُونُسَ بْنَ عُبَيْدٍ يَقُولُ: " كَانَ يُرْجَى لِلَّذِي بِهِ رَهَقٌ إِذَا كَانَ بَارًّا، وَكَانَ يَتَخَوَّفُونَ عَلَى أَعْمَالِهِ إِذَا كَانَ عَاقًّا "
