أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ، نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّمَّاكِ، نا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ عَبْدُ الْمَلَكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، نا رَجَاءٌ أَبُو يَحْيَى صَاحِبُ السِّقْطِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى بْنَ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ السَّخْتِيَانِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " مَنْ مَشَى مَعَ قَوْمٍ يَرَى مِنْهُمْ أَنَّهُ شَاهِدٌ، وَلَيْسَ بِشَاهِدٍ فَهُوَ شَاهِدُ زُورٍ، وَمَنْ أَعَانَ عَلَى خُصُومَةٍ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ كَانَ فِي سَخَطِ اللهِ حَتَّى يَنْزِعَ، وَقِتَالُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كُفْرٌ، وَسِبَابُهُ فُسُوقٌ "
