أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ النَّرْسِيُّ، نا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ، نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، نا أَبُو طَالِبٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ،
أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ الْأُولَى: أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ؟ فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ، ثُمَّ سَأَلَهُ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ الْوُسْطَى فَأَعْرَضَ عَنْهُ، ثُمَّ سَأَلَهُ عِنْدَ الْعَقَبَةِ، فَوَضَعَ رِجْلَهُ فِي الْغَرْزِ ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَيُّ الْجِهَادِ أَفْضَلُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ؟ قَالَ: " أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ كَلِمَةُ حَقٍّ عِنْدَ سُلْطَانٍ جَائِرٍ " هَذَا شَاهِدٌ مُرْسَلٌ جَيِّدٌ
