رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ عَمْرٍو النَّاقِدِ، وَغَيْرُهُ، قَالَ الْإِمَامُ أَحْمَدُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: وَهَذَا لَا يُخَالِفُ مَا رُوِّينَا فِي حَدِيثِ الْإِيمَانِ " أَعْلَاهَا شَهَادَةُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ، وَأَدْنَاهَا إِمَاطَةُ الْأَذَى عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ " لِأَنَّ الْأَدْنَى غَيْرُ الْأَضْعَفِ، فَإِنَّ الْأَدْنَى اسْمٌ لِمَا يَتَبَاعَدُ مِنْ مُعَانِي الْقُرْبِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ مَرْجِعُهُ فِي الْمَبْنَى إِلَيْهَا، والْأَضْعَفُ اسْمٌ لِمَا يَظْهَرُ وَجْهُ الْقُرْبَةِ فِيهِ وَيَخْلُصُ لَهُ، وَلَكِنْ يَكُونُ مِنْ نَوْعِهِ مَا هُوَ أَقْوَى وَأَبْلَغُ مِنْهُ. وَبَسَطَ الْكَلَامَ فِي شَرْحِهِ
