أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، أَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْبِرْتِيُّ، نا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ، نا أَبُو هِلَالٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ،
قَالَ: " كَانُوا يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُ يَمُوتُ مُذْنِبًا نَادِمًا أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِمْ مِنْ أَنْ يَمُوتَ مُعْجَبًا "
