أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، أَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سُوَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي هِلَالُ بْنُ زَيْدِ بْنِ يَسَارِ بْنِ مُولَا، أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " بَعَثَنِي اللهُ رَحْمَةً وَهَدًى لِلْعَالَمِينَ وَبَعَثَنِي لِمَحْقِ الْمَعَازِفِ وَالْمَزَامِيرِ، وَأَمْرِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ " ثُمَّ قَالَ: " مَنْ شَرِبَ خَمْرًا فِي الدُّنْيَا سَقَاهُ اللهُ كَمَا شَرِبَ مِنْهُ مِنْ حَمِيمِ جَهَنَّمَ مُعَذَّبٌ هَذَا وَمَغْفُورٌ لَهُ " قَالَ الشَّيْخُ ؓ: " فَذَكَرْنَا شَوَاهِدَهُ فِي غَيْرِ هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ وَهُوَ بِشَوَاهِدِهِ يَأْخُذُ قُوَّةً وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَا فِي كِتَابِ السُّنَنِ أَخْبَارًا فِي سَائِرِ أَنْوَاعِ مَا يُلْعَبُ بِهِ، مَنْ أَرَادَهَا رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ "
