وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْإِيادِيُّ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ بْنِ خَلَّادٍ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ،
فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ.

وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنِ ابْنِ عَسْكَرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ وَلَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ لِلنِّسَاءِ لِمَا رَوَيْنَا فِي حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ وَغَيْرِهِ فِي إِبَاحَةِ الْحَرِيرِ وَالذَّهَبِ لِلنِّسَاءِ وَرَوَيْنَا عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: " قَدِمَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ حُلَّةٌ مِنْ عِنْدِ النَّجَاشِيِّ أَهْدَاهَا لَهُ فِيهَا خَاتَمٌ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، فِيهِ فَصٌّ حَبَشِيٌّ، قَالَتْ: فَأَخَذَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِعُودٍ مُعْرِضًا عَنْهُ أَوْ بِبَعْضِ أَصَابِعِهِ، ثُمَّ دَعَا أُمَامَةَ بِنْتَ الْعَاصِ ابْنَةَ ابْنَتِهِ فَقَالَ: تَحِلِّي هَذَا يَا بُنَيَّةُ " وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَا إِسْنَادَهُ فِي السُّنَنِ وَأَمَّا التَّخَتُّمُ بِالْفِضَّةِ فَإِنَّهُ جَائِزٌ
