أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَاعِدٍ إِمْلَاءً، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ شَاهِينَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، عَنْ طَرِيفٍ أَبِي تَمِيمَةَ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ صَفْوَانًا، وَجُنْدَبًا وَأَصْحَابَهُ وَهُوَ يُوصِيهِمْ قَالَ ابْنُ صَاعِدٍ يُرِيدُ جُنْدَبًا الَّذِي يُوصِيهِمْ
فَقَالُوا: هَلْ سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ شَيْئًا؟ قَالَ: سَمِعَتْهُ يَقُولُ: " مَنْ سَمَّعَ سَمَّعَ اللهُ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ يَشْقُقْ يَشُقَّ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " فَقَالُوا لَهُ: أَوْصِنَا فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ أَوَّلَ مَا يَنْتِنُ مِنَ الْإِنْسَانِ بَطْنُهُ، فَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ لَا يَأْكُلَ إِلَّا طَيِّبًا فَلْيَفْعَلْ، وَمَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ لَا يُحَالَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجَنَّةِ عَلَى كَفٍّ مِنْ دَمٍ أَهْرَاقَهُ فَلْيَفْعَلْ "

Shāhīn Abū Bishr narrated to us: Khālid b. ʿAbdillāh narrated to us, from al-Jurayrī, from Ṭarīf Abū Tamīmah, who said: I heard Ṣafwān and Jundab and his companions, while he was advising them. Ibn Ṣāʿid said: He means Jundab, the one who was advising them.
