أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظٌ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ، أنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، نا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثٍ، نا شُعْبَةٌ، عَنْ عَوْنٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا رَجَاءٍ
قَالَ: " كَانَ عُمَرُ وَعُثْمَانُ يُعَاقِبَانَ عَلَى الْهِجَاءِ "
