أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْحَضْرَمِيَّ، نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ،
قَالَ: مَدَحَ رَجُلٌ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَحَثَى التُّرَابَ نَحْوَ فِيهِ، وَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمُ الْمَدَّاحِينَ فَاحْثُوا فِي وُجُوهِهُمُ التُّرَابَ "
