أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، فِي التَّارِيخِ أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُؤَمَّلِ بْنِ حَسَنِ بْنِ عِيسَى، نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، نا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ،
قَالَ: قَدِمْتُ عَلَى جَرِيرٍ، فَسَأَلَنِي: أَسَمِعْتَ مِنَ ابْنِ لَهِيعَةَ؟ فَقُلْتُ: نَعَمْ. قَالَ: سَمِعْتَ مِنْهُ حَدِيثَ وَاهِبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: " تَعْرُجُ الْأَرْوَاحُ فِي مَنَامِهَا، فَمَا كَانَ مِنْهَا طَاهِرًا سَجَدَ أَمَامَ الْعَرْشِ، وَمَا كَانَ غَيْرَ طَاهِرٍ سَجَدَ قَاصيًا ". قَالَ: فَدَعَا جَرِيرٌ بِالْكِتَابِ وَكَتَبَ فِي مَوْضِعَيْنِ
