That Saʿd b. ʿUbaydah said: Al-Barāʾ b. ʿĀzib narrated to me that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to him: "When you come to your bed, perform your ablution as for prayer, then lie down on your right side, then say: O Allah, I have submitted my face to You, I have entrusted my affair to You, and I have turned my back to You, out of desire and fear of You. There is no refuge and no escape from You except to You. I believe in Your Book which You have sent down, and in Your Prophet whom You have sent. And make them the last of what you say, for if you die that night, you will die upon the natural disposition (fiṭrah)." He said: So I began repeating them in order to memorize them, and I said: "and in Your Messenger whom You have sent." He said: "No, 'and in Your Prophet whom You have sent.'"
