أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،
فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: يَمْحُو اللهُ مَا يَشَاءُ وَيُثْبِتْ قَالَ: " يَنْزِلُ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ الدُّنْيَا فِي شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَيُدَبِّرُ أَمْرَ السَّنَةِ، فَيَمْحُوَ مَا يَشَاءُ غَيْرَ الشَّقَاءِ وَالسَّعَادَةِ، وَالْمَوْتِ وَالْحَيَاةِ "
