أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، أَخْبَرَنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يُوسُفَ، حدثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَخْبَرَنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، أَخْبَرَنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، حدثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْحُصَيْبِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ،
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ: " الْعَهْدُ الَّذِي بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَهُمُ الصَّلَاةُ، فَمَنْ تَرَكَهَا فَقَدْ كَفَرَ " قَالَ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: " وَيُحْتَمَلُ الْمُرَادُ بِهَذَا الْكُفْرِ كُفْرًا يُبِيحُ الدَّمَ، لَا كُفْرًا يَرُدُّهُ إِلَى مَا كَانَ عَلَيْهِ فِي الِابْتِدَاءِ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ إِقَامَتَها مِنْ أَسْبابِ حَقْنِ الدَّمِ "
