The Prophet ﷺ: "When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to his bed, he would lie down on his right hand, then say: 'My Lord, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants,' three times. He used to keep his right hand for his eating, his drinking, his ablution, and his clothing, and keep his left for anything other than that. And he used to fast three days of the month: the Monday and the Thursday, and the Monday of the following week." And he informed us of it in another place, and said: "for his eating, his drinking, his clothing, his taking, and his giving."
