أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حدثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، حدثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْمُنَادِي، حدثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حدثنا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ
قَالَ: " فَضْلُ الْعِلْمِ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ فَضْلِ الْعِبَادَةِ، وَخَيْرُ دِينِكُمُ الْوَرَعُ " وَرُوِّينَا فِي مَسْأَلَةِ الشَّفَاعَةِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبَعْثِ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ مَرْفُوعًا: " يَشْفَعُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْأَنْبِيَاءُ، ثُمَّ الْعُلَمَاءُ، ثُمَّ الشُّهَدَاءُ " " وَالْأَخْبَارُ فِي فَضْلِ الْعِلْمِ، وَتَفْضِيلِ أَهْلِهِ كَثِيرَةٌ، وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَاهَا فِي آخِرِ كِتَابِ الْمَدْخَلِ مَنْ أَرَادَهَا بِتَفَاصِيلِهَا رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ بِتَوْفِيقِ اللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ "
