أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مِلْحَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ،
أَنَّ السَّائِبَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ ابْنَ أُخْتِ نُمَيْرٍ وَعُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ أَخْبَرَاهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْقَارِئِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " مَنْ نَامَ عَنْ حِزْبِهِ أَوْ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ فَقَرَأَهُ فِيمَا بَيْنَ صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَصَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ كُتِبَ لَهُ كَأَنَّمَا قَرَأَهُ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ " وَقَالَ: أَتَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّا كُنَّا أناسا ذَا عَدَدٍ حِينَ دَخَلْنَا دَارَنَا فقرضنا - أَوْ قَالَتْ: فَنَقَصْنَا - وَذَا الْمَالُ فَاحْتَجْنَا وَكَانَتْ حَسَنَةً ذَاتُ بَيْنِنَا، فَسَاءَتْ أَخْلَاقُنَا فَقَالَ: " تَذَرِينَهَا ذَمِيمَةً وَتَخْتَارِينَ خَيْرًا مِنْهَا "

قَالَ الْبَيْهَقِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: " هَكَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ مَوْصُولًا بِالْحَدِيثِ الْأَوَّلِ. وَهُوَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ غَلَطٌ. وَكَأَنَّهُ إِنَّمَا أَمَرَهَا بِتَرْكِهَا لِتَتَخَلَّصَ مِنْ سُوءِ الظَّنِّ وَرُؤْيَةِ مَا يُصِيبُهُمْ مِنَ الْبَلَاءِ مِنْ نُزُولِ تِلْكَ الدَّارِ " وَرَوَاهُ سُكَيْنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَجَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ
