✧ He said: And when reconciling between people is obligatory when they have become corrupted, then it is even more obligatory and binding to refrain from corrupting relations between people by avoiding slander and guarding against striking and provoking enmity among them

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بُشْرَانَ، أَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْبُحْتُرِيِّ، ثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ،
قَالَ: كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ حُذَيْفَةَ فَمَرَّ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالُوا: هَذَا يَرْفَعُ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى السُّلْطَانِ. فَقَالَ حُذَيْفَةُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ قَتَّاتٌ " قَالَ الْأَعْمَشُ: " وَالْقَتَّاتُ النَّمَّامُ " أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ، مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْأَعْمَشِ، وَأَخْرَجَاهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
