أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ التَّمَّارُ بِالْكُوفَةِ، نَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الزُّهْرِيُّ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ الْأَسَدِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ الطَّائِفِيُّ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ،
قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: " صَلَاحُ أَوَّلِ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ بِالزُّهْدِ وَالتَّقْوَى، وَهَلَاكُ آخِرِهَا بِالْبُخْلِ وَالْفُجُورِ " أَخْبَرَنَا بِهِ: أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، فِي مَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ مِنَ الْأَمَالِيِّ، وَقَالَ عَمْرُو بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: هَكَذَا وَجَدْتُهُ فِي كِتَابِي مُرْسَلًا،
