أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصُّوفِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا تُرَابٍ أَحْمَدَ بْنَ حَمْدُونَ الْقَصَّارَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِي وَسُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَلَامَةِ،
فَقَالَ: " خَوْفُ الْقَدَرِيَّةِ وَرَجَاءُ الْمُرْجِئَةِ "
