أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمُؤَمَّلِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ الْبَصْرِيُّ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْفَرَّاءُ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ،
قَالَ: قَالَ لُقْمَانُ ِابْنِهِ: " يَا بُنَيَّ ارْجُ اللهَ رَجَاءً لَا تَأْمَنْ فِيهِ مَكْرَهُ، وَخَفِ اللهَ مَخَافَةً لَا تَيْأَسُ فِيهَا مِنْ رَحْمَتِهِ " قَالَ: يَا أَبَتَاهُ، وَكَيْفَ أَسْتَطِيعُ ذَلِكَ؟ وَإِنَّمَا لِي قَلْبٌ وَاحِدٌ، قَالَ: " الْمُؤْمِنُ كَذَا لَهُ قَلْبَانِ: قَلْبٌ يَرْجُو بِهِ، وَقَلَبٌ يَخَافُ بِهِ " " وَرُوِيَ عَنِ الْفُرَاتِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ، عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مَرْفُوعًا فِي الْقُلْبَيْنِ مَعْنَى هَذَا وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ بِمَرَّةٍ "
