أَخْبَرَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ السَّرْحِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا سَمِعَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ

لاَ تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ إِلاَّ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا
