أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو تَوْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ سَلاَّمٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ نُعَيْمٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ

نَهَى عَنِ الْحَقْلِ وَهِيَ الْمُزَابَنَةُ
