أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

لاَ تَحِلُّ الرُّقْبَى وَلاَ الْعُمْرَى فَمَنْ أُعْمِرَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ وَمَنْ أُرْقِبَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ لَهُ

Translation
