Does Garlanding The Hadi Mean That One is In A state of Ihram?

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

إِنْ كُنْتُ لأَفْتِلُ قَلاَئِدَ هَدْىِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَيُخْرَجُ بِالْهَدْىِ مُقَلَّدًا وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ مُقِيمٌ مَا يَمْتَنِعُ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ

Translation

Chain of narrators

  5. ʿĀʾishah

"I used to twist the garlands fro the Hadi of the Messenger of Allah and the Hadi would be taken out garlanded, and the Messenger of Allah would stay (with his family) his wives."
