machine translationʿĀṣim b. Abī al-Najūd narrates it, and there is disagreement about him. Abū Ḥamzah al-Sukkarī and Shaybān b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated it from ʿĀṣim, from al-Aswad b. Hilāl, from Abū Hurayrah. It has also been narrated from Abū ʿAwānah, from ʿĀṣim, from a man, from al-Aswad b. Hilāl, from Abū Hurayrah. And it has been narrated from Abū ʿAwānah, from ʿĀṣim, from al-Aswad b. Hilāl, from Abū Hurayrah. The statement of Abū Ḥamzah and Shaybān is closer to the correct view.
