أَخْبَرَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ إِذَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْتَهُ فَذَكَرَ اللهَ عِنْدَ دُخُولِهِ وَعِنْدَ طَعَامِهِ قَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ لَا مَبِيتَ لَكُمْ وَلَا عَشَاءَ هَاهُنَا وَإِذَا دَخَلَ فَلَمْ يَذْكُرِ اللهَ قَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ أَدْرَكْتُمُ الْمَبِيتَ وَإنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ اللهَ عِنْدَ طَعَامِهِ قَالَ الشَّيْطَانُ أَدْرَكْتُمُ الْمَبِيتَ وَالْعَشَاءَ
Translation

✧ He heard the Prophet ﷺ say: "When a man enters his house and remembers Allah upon entering and upon his food, the Devil says: 'There is no lodging for you and no dinner here.' And when he enters and does not remember Allah, the Devil says: 'You have secured lodging.' And if he does not remember Allah upon his food, the Devil says: 'You have secured lodging and dinner.'"
