أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِجِوَيرِيَةَ وَهِيَ فِي ذَكَرَ مَكَانًا ثُمَّ مَرَّ بِهَا قَرِيبًا مِنْ نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ فَقَالَ لَهَا «مَا زِلْتِ بَعْدُ هَاهُنَا؟» فَقَالَ ألَا أُعَلِّمُكِ كَلِمَاتٍ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ أَعَادَهَا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ رِضَى نَفْسِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ زِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ سُبْحَانَ اللهِ مِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ

Translation

✧ The Prophet ﷺ passed by Juwayriyyah while she was in - he mentioned a place - then he passed by her close to midday, and he said to her: “Have you still remained here?” Then he said: “Shall I not teach you words: 'Glory be to Allah, (as many as) the number of His creation' - he repeated it three times; 'Glory be to Allah, (as much as) the pleasure of Himself' - three times; 'Glory be to Allah, (as much as) the weight of His throne' - three times; 'Glory be to Allah, (as much as) the ink of His words' - three times.”
