أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنَ الْخَمْسِ مِنَ الْجُبْنِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَسُوءِ الْعُمُرِ وَفِتْنَةِ الصَّدْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ رَوَاهُ زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ أَصْحَابِ مُحَمَّدٍ ﷺ

Translation

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ that he used to seek refuge from five things: cowardice, miserliness, the evil of old age, the trial of the chest, and the punishment of the grave. Zuhair narrated it from Abu Ishaq from 'Amr b. Maymun from the companions of Muhammad ﷺ.
