✧ How is the matter, and the reward for the one who asks for it?

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعَيْبٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ قَالَ حِينَ يَسْمَعُ النِّدَاءَ اللهُمَّ رَبَّ هَذِهِ الدَّعْوَةِ التَّامَّةِ وَالصَّلَاةِ الْقَائِمَةِ آتِ مُحَمَّدًا الْوَسِيلَةَ وَالْفَضِيلَةَ وَابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا الَّذِي وَعَدْتَهُ حَلَّتْ لَهُ الشَّفَاعَةُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ

Translation

  5. Jābir b. ʿAbdullāh

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Whoever says when he hears the call: ‘O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, grant Muhammad the wasilah and the virtue, and raise him to the praiseworthy station that You promised him,’ intercession will be permissible for him on the Day of Resurrection.”
