أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِذَا سَمِعَ أَحَدُكُمُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ يَتَشَهَّدُ فَقُولُوا مِثْلَ قَوْلِهِ» خَالَفَهُ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ رَوَاهُ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ

Translation

✧ That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When one of you hears the mu'adhdhin reciting the tashahhud, say the like of what he says." Malik b. Anas differed from him; he narrated it from al-Zuhri, from 'Ata' b. Yazid, from Abu Sa'id.
