✧ Bowing without being in line

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو أُسَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

صَلَّى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمًا ثُمَّ انْصَرَفَ فَقَالَ «يَا فُلَانُ أَلَا تُحْسِنُ صَلَاتَكَ أَلَا يَنْظُرُ الْمُصَلِّي كَيْفَ يُصَلِّي لِنَفْسِهِ فَإِنِّي أُبْصِرُ مِنْ وَرَائِي كَمَا أُبْصِرُ مِنْ بَيْنَ يَدَيَّ»

Translation

  5. Abū Hurayrah

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prayed one day, then turned and said: “O so-and-so, do you not perfect your prayer? Should not the one praying look at how he prays for himself? For I see from behind me as I see from in front of me.”
