أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ أَنَّهُمْ سَأَلُوا أَنَسًا

عَنْ خَاتَمِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى وَبِيصِ خَاتَمِهِ مِنْ فِضَّةٍ وَرَفَعَ إِصْبَعَهُ الْيُسْرَى الْخِنْصَرَ» قَالَ لَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا أَصَحُّ مِمَّا يُرْوَى فِيهِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ

Translation

✧ Concerning the ring of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "It is as if I were looking at the gleam of his ring, made of silver." And he raised his left little finger. Abu Abd al-Rahman said to us: "This is more correct than what is narrated from Anas about it, and Allah knows best."
