✧ Taking a woman's expenditure from her husband's money without his permission and mentioning the disagreement between al-Zuhri and Hisham in the wording of the news of Hind in that.

أَخْبَرَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ هِنْدَ بِنْتَ عُتْبَةَ قَالَتْ

يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ أَبَا سُفْيَانَ رَجُلٌ شَحِيحٌ وَلَيْسَ يُعْطِينِي مَا يَكْفِينِي وَوَلَدِي إِلَّا مَا أَخَذْتُ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ لَا يَعْلَمُ قَالَ «خُذِي مَا يَكْفِيكِ وَوَلَدَكِ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ»

✧ “O Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy man, and he does not give me what suffices me and my child, except what I take from him without his knowledge.” He said, “Take what suffices you and your child with what is reasonable.”
