أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ عَنْ خُصَيْفٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي §الرَّجُلِ يُوَاقِعُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ
«إِذَا وَاقَعَ فِي الدَّمِ الْعَبِيطِ تَصَدَّقَ بِدِينَارٍ وَإِنْ كَانَ فِي الصُّفْرَةِ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ»
