أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَامِلٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَطَأُ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ «يَتَصَدَّقُ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ ضَعِيفٌ صَاحِبُ تَدْلِيسٍ

✧ The Prophet ﷺ was asked about a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating. He said: “He should give half a dinar in charity.” Abu Abd al-Rahman said: Hajjaj b. Artah is weak and given to tadlis.
