أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي الَّذِي يَأْتِي امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ «§يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ أَوْ بِنِصْفِ دِينَارٍ» قَالَ شُعْبَةُ أَمَّا حِفْظِي فَمَرْفُوعٌ وَقَالَ فُلَانٌ وَفُلَانٌ إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرْفَعُهُ قَالَ بَعْضُ الْقَوْمِ يَا أَبَا بِسْطَامٍ حَدِّثْنَا بِحِفْظِكَ وَدَعْنَا مِنْ فُلَانٍ فَقَالَ وَاللهِ مَا أُحِبُّ أَنِّي حَدَّثْتُ بِهَذَا وَسَكَتُّ عَنْ هَذَا وَأَنِّي عُمِّرْتُ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُمَرَ نُوحٍ فِي قَوْمِهِ
