أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفَّى بْنِ بُهْلُولٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ عَنْ بَقِيَّةَ عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ «أَيَنَامُ أَحَدُنَا وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ؟» قَالَ «نَعَمْ يَتَوَضَّأُ وَيَنَامُ»

Translation

✧ That Umar asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, “May one of us sleep while he is junub?” He said, “Yes, he should perform wudu and then sleep.”
