✧ Translation: Mention of the hadith of Ali b. Talq about approaching women from behind

أَخْبَرَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ حِطَّانَ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ سَلَامٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ طَلْقٍ قَالَ

قَالَ أَعْرَابِيٌّ لِلنَّبِيِّ ﷺ «الرَّجُلُ مِنَّا يَكُونُ بِالْأَرْضِ الْفَلَاةِ فَتَكُونُ مِنْهُ الرُّوَيْحَةُ وَيَكُونُ فِي الْمَاءِ قِلَّةٌ» فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا فَسَا أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَتَوَضَّأْ وَلَا تَأْتُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي أَعْجَازِهِنَّ فَإِنَّ اللهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي مِنَ الْحَقِّ»

✧ A Bedouin said to the Prophet ﷺ, “A man among us may be in a desert land, and he may pass wind, and water may be scarce.” The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “If one of you breaks wind, let him perform ablution. And do not approach women in their anuses, for Allah is not shy of the truth.”
